At The Art Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring you include the printed return slip to help our team identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Ship to The Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned products, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
